I've attended a variety of classes at the Sanity Gurus with different instructions and have thoroughly enjoyed them all. I have also attended a couple of their workshops and have found them both interesting and educational. They continually offer different workshops for both the mind and body. I also love what the owner Kristen has done with space, she has made the studio beautiful and inviting. And bonus.... there is a lovely store there that sells things like Shakra soaps, yoga mats, incense, etc. I highly recommend this studio for all levels of Yogis!

I am very thankful for the classes you offer, you and your staff enrich our community with your yoga studio. Bringing quality classes and events to our community, and giving back to the peaceful paths says a lot about your character and generosity. I have enjoyed my weekly yoga classes and you have exceeded my expectations with your clear detailed instruction, your variety of classes, and the quality of retail you offer and would recommend your studio wholeheartedly to anyone and know that they would find a class that's just right for them. You are my fan favorite

This is a great yoga space that has plenty of room and really cheerful instructors. Their SUP yoga out at rum island is the perfect way to start a weekend on the water and I love doing their community yoga class on weeks that I just need a little more yoga in my life : )

The Sanity Gurus is a new yoga studio on the NW side of Gainesville that doesn't disappoint! The classes integrate proper alignment, essential for a healthy practice, with breath work and movement to create the perfect yoga experience. Kristin is an amazing instructor and owns the studio. She brings so much light and positive energy to the space, creating a welcoming environment in the yoga world. A MUST GO!

The studio is spacious with a light scent of wood in the air. A very peaceful atmosphere to practice yoga and reconnect with yourself. Classes are offered at all levels, it's so great to have the studio for our community!
