I was very happy with Lizzy.nIt is clear from the beginning that she knows yoga in and out. She is well read, well trained and with enough life experience that made her who she is today.nHer choice of requested books is another way I could tell about her experience. Unlike most who recommend same books, she carefully selected only a few. Once you read them you understand the quality of the content.nShe can answer any question and will gladly offer any information.nWhat I really liked about her were her expectations of her students. She expects you read, study, train and do your homework and for me these are the only right kind of teachers.nShe builds a good foundation and I am glad I had the privilege to study with her.

Urban Bliss provides exemplary yoga teacher training. Lizzyji lives her yoga and by example teaches it. Whether you have studied yoga for a lifetime or are beginning your journey, she creates an environment for you to optimally learn in the eight limbs of yoga. She makes herself very accessible if you have to miss a class due to work or family responsibilities and is employing technology to even be more accessible. Lizzyji teaches yoga as if it were her sacred calling...and it is. Thank you, Dr. Daniel Saint

My experience at Urban Bliss School of Yoga was amazing. I have completed my Yin Certification, my 200 hour teacher training and my 300 hour teacher training with Lizzy Hoffman. Lizzy is very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, patient and an amazing teacher.

Urban Bliss is led by Elizabeth Hoffmann. Lizzy is an amazing teacher, not only wise and knowledgeable but compassionate too. Lizzy's wisdom is vast, not only because she knows the information and the facts but because she walks the talk. In my humble opinion, this is crucial, in wherever space we perform. But most importantly in the yoga space, where people come to us teachers as a form of leaders, or guides or coaches. We have to lead by example and this is exactly what Lizzy does. I learned so much during this training, in terms of helping people dealing with disease or illnesses or just states of being. Every person can benefit from yoga and this training was about being able to bring yoga to every single person, regardless of their state. I am so excited to share this knowledge with others and help make their lives better, happier and more fulfilling. Thank you, Lizzy!

Lizzy (and Urban Bliss yoga) is the best ever! I did mu 200-Hr YTT with her two summers ago in Charlotte, NC. Training with Urban Bliss was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I learned how to teach yoga, I deepened my own practice, and learned so much about myself and others. The Gainesville yoga community is very lucky to have Lizzy come and share her light and yoga expertise!
