Came here for my covid vaccine saturday and it ran pretty smooth. Hardly any wait. Was easy in easy out.

Grossly understaffed CVS. Most items are sold out. The few items that are not are locked in cases, which is a problem, due to the understaffing situation.

I went to this CVS fir my Covid 19 vaccine. They did not know how to fill my card because it was my second dose. After filling the card, I waited for 1 hour in my car for them to call me. After one hour I went in to ask why it takes that long. She said she forgot to call me.ud83eudd2f I am totally disappointed.

This is a Terrible! place. CVS should be embarrassed! Completely understaffed so the corporate office can make more money at our expense. Phone calls are rarely answered and wait times are sometimes over an hour. Most of the time they have one pharmacist hustling trying to make everything work at a busy pharmacy. And when you ask for the manager, they're always 'busy'. If my insurance didn't mandate it, I would have left there a long time ago. Clearly, they are looking at closing all of the CVS stores in the near future to have service at that this level. Kmart? Sears? JCPenney?....CVS?
