Southeast Car Agency was suggested to me by friends who had good experiences there. As it turned out, so did I. There was no pressure to buy whatsoever. Steve was a very cordial and knowledgeable salesperson. He brought two cars for me to look at, I test drove each of them. As they say, the rest is history. I fell in love with the second car and purchased it before someone else could. My car was completely cleaned and inspected electronically and mechanically before turning it over to me. I'm amazed at the quality of the vehicles stocked at Southeast, the extremely low mileage on many, and the unmatched prices; no hidden fees. If ever I need another vehicle, I will happily return to Southeast Car Agency, and will confidently refer family and friends. Look, if you're going to buy a car you really shouldn't bother going anywhere else. Great cars, great prices, amazing staff. I was helped by Justin and Eric, who were outstanding. But even the folks that weren't helping me directly were friendly and appreciative.nnWhat other dealer can you walk into, receive no pressure to buy, and still have an attentive staff? I was in and out in two hours with a new car. That alone is unbelievable.nnYou've heard of buyers remorse. Second car we have purchased from Southeast. Very easy to work with. No haggle policy is sometimes lenient, which allowed us to work out a bit of a better deal than what was listed online! Justin agreed upon price over the phone, kept his word when we came into store and sat with Niko who provided a smooth buying process. Southeast pricing beats most dealers for comparable vehicles. Love the upfront/transparent pricing of fees.
This dealership gives the most outstanding customer service you can receive. A no hassle, no pressure car buying experience. If you regret having the typical car salesman pitch, won’t happen here. I’ve sent many friends and have bought more than 8 vehicles from them and they save you a lot of money. Saving $$$ that’s what makes buying from this place great. My second car purchase with them - love my first car and will keep it as well! Always the best experience and the best value! The folks here are so honest and so nice to deal with. The cars they offer are quality and the staff is the best! Bought a 2013 Dodge Journey in 2014 and it is still in beautiful shape and always ran great so we will keep that. Bought a second SUV yesterday and it is gorgeous. My husband drove it to work today and his friends could not believe the deal we got on it - it truly looks like new. I enjoy relaxing when I buy a car there. They have a list right on the table of every car, suv, truck, etc. on the lot ( with price!) so you can have that in your hand while you browse.
