I normally don't write reviews but I felt I had to. A few months ago, I was there for an oil change and I was told that my front and back brake pads were in yellow, but once I mentioned to the guy that I had gotten my back brake pads replaced with them less than a year ago, he changed the condition of the back brake pads to green. I thought that was interesting but disregarded it since I wasn't planning to get brake pads that day. Today I went to another local service department with the intention to get new front brake pads since they had a better price for them. But after the technician inspected my brakes, he comes and tells me that my brake pads are fine and don't need replacing. I am now wondering if the Mazda service department has recommended other services and because I don't know much about cars I have proceeded to go with their advice, like replacing the back brake pads.
Tyson @ Davis Mazda service dept is one of the best in the business! He was very professional and helpful and took care of me and repairing my mazda as quickly as possible. Put me into a courtesy vehicle while mine was repaired, very stress-free! Thank you!
I had an excellent experience at Mazda buying a 2019 Mazda3 hatchback. This location definitely has a great service representative, Jeff. If you get a car here you should know that you'll be well taken care of.nJeff went out of his way, even with being slammed busy all day, to attend to my cars' needs. He truly cares and deserves to be moved up the ladder in my opinion. I cannot say the same thing for his boss, Tyson. Who quoted me one thing on the phone and in person came out to be different. Then he went on to insult my intelligence saying I didn't clearly listen.nBut focusing on the good here. Jeff all the way. constant communication and empathy made this experience turn to a five star rating.nJust stay away from Tyson, he's stand off-ish and and a superiority complex when faced with owning up to his mistakes.
I’ll start by saying I typically never leave reviews, but my experience at Davis Mazda was absolutely fantastic! While I did not end up buying the car I was looking at, my sales rep JJ was absolutely amazing to work with. He was so attentive to my needs and wants, I truly wish he could be my sales rep at any dealer I went to. All around fantastic guy and an absolute asset to the company! I would highly recommend that anyone going to this dealer ask for JJ!
