I called ahead to schedule an appointment with the service department and was pleased to be scheduled only 7 business days later. Once we arrived for our appointment, I was immediately greeted by Matt and directed to meet Billy in his office. Billy made sure to get a complete list of issues that needed to be resolved with my RV and the service team got right to work. Matt & Kyle even did periodic checks-ins with me to let me know the status of some of the repairs. Everyone in the office (both service and sales) had amazing customer service and energy which seems to be consistent considering my previous experience with the buying process. They even made my dog feel welcome while waiting. Overall, I highly recommend Sunshine State RVs for buying and servicing Class B RVs. I’m grateful I made the trip back to Gainesville because I am happy with my experience. They really go above and beyond to make sure things are done the right way.

We bought a 2016 Winnebago 59K and went to Sunshine State RV.nWe are first time campers so all new to us and Sunshine State did great service in completing repairs and replacing the awning and checking everything out for us. Billy was very kind and patient with us and our questions. Kyle in service was also great in explaining how to run things. I should have tape recorded him because I will never remember all he told us ud83dude42 Thanks Sunshine RV for a wonderful experience. We will be back when needed.

We were really disappointed when we visited Sunshine State RV yesterday. We sent message to their Facebook Messenger and Nick replied quickly. We were very impressed by his quick response and apology. We plan to look into purchasing a Class B from them.

I drive all the way from West Palm Beach to Gainesville to get my Roadtrek camper van repairs at Sunshine State RV—and it is worth the trip! Their work is top notch and the staff is super friendly and professional. If you have a class B coach, this is the place to Be. Five stars all around.

Dog people are my kinda people.nRV repair shops should take notice ... they offerd a comfortable area for me AND my dog to wait while having maintainence done. Kudos Sunshine State for remembering our 4 legged family members.n#sunshinestatervsnI received excellent customer service. Repairs done on time and as quoted.
