Amazing customer service! We are currently stuck on the side of the road because of a boat trailer issue. No one in town has a flat bed big enough to tow a boat on a trailer apparently but elite towing sent someone out free of charge to see if they could help somehow. The tow truck driver found someone who could fix our problem tonight at a very affordable price. We are so grateful for elite towing!

Came within 30 minutes and was the most affordable price of all the towing services I called in the city.nnI really like that they provided a flat rate and didn't charge per the mile or time it took to drive to the drop off location.

Absolutely a pleasure to use. They were on time when I set up a time and very affordable. Will definitely use again if ever needed. The owner Raymond was very professional and nice and so was our driver. (I believe his brother, forgot to catch his name.)

My car was stolen and recovered by police almost a month later. GPD couldn't answer my questions about tow fees so I figured I'd share in case anyone else is wondering. If you don't have full coverage you will be charged 20/ day for a storage fee for your vehicle. It took gpd a few days to process my car for evidence so right off the bat I was indebted to Elite Towing $80. In addition to the storage fee there is a Towing fee and an admin fee (whatever that means) totaling $100. Finally, in the unfortunate circumstance that you don't have the key and you don't want to be charged an additional $100 for Elite to tow your vehicle; there is a $60 fee to allow triple A to remove the car from their lot. After a courteous discount of $35 my total was just about $300. Payment for vehicles brought by GPD has to be cash. No debit.nI appreciate the fact that my vehicle was recovered and that there is a place where it could safely be stored however I would call this experience overall discouraging. It felt as though my property was being held hostage by a company. It seems they took advantage of their position and resources, and the fact that I was left with no option but to adhere to their fines or surrender my vehicle. I did not, and at this point would not choose Elite Towing for my service needs. Hope this helps anyone else who isn't sure what to expect when their stolen vehicle is recovered and GPD has it towed by Elite Towing.nP.S. If you are visiting this place you are considered high risk for COVID-19 I recommend taking precautions, as no masks were worn by any of the staff I encountered.
