The service is typically friendly but it’s very slow. This morning I waited 20 minutes for a simple cup of black coffee. They didn’t even start brewing a new batch until 15 minutes after I ordered because they were fixing the drinks of people who ordered after me. I just would have liked them to start brewing more coffee when I ordered because they knew they were out instead of immediately taking the next order and falling behind. I don’t mind waiting at all, even 20 minutes, just as long as I’m not waiting because I’m not a priority.
