Employees are pleasant, informative and very helpful and considerate. We checked in, it went quickly. Can see why they have high ratings. Been bringing my husband here for 35yrs. Recent improvements are wonderful.

Parking is a mess. If you have an early appointment you better get there an hour and a half early. They are also giving covid-19 shots now. The place is super busy.

I hate the VA. If I'm late 10 minutes Veterans I get rescheduled but if the staff gets behind we have to deal with it. And also don't forget Veterans die of preventable causes at VA Medical Centers. Set your Will and say goodbye to your loved onea before going to that appointment.

Everyone was helpful with checking people in for their appointments. Not enough of parking for patients but plenty handicapped parking for the handicapped.
