They did the same thing to my girlfriend. She was home alone and is disabled. They charged her $100.00 to open a simple bedroom door. Yes it was a door with a key hole but it should not have taken that long and they quoted her a lot less. Stay away from these guys.
They gave me a price when I called, upon showing up and doing their service they charged me $40 dollars more than previously discussed. When I called back to inquire about it they hung up on me.
Changed their price after the service. Hung up on me when trying to contact them on an issue with their service.
Ended up not repairing the hardware up to code!
