Excellent experience! They were great to communicate all issues along the repair process and the cost associated with each repair. Explained what was needed now and what could be completed at a later date. Never felt rushed when they were explaining the process. I feel that I got the work done for a fair and reasonable price as well. The work was done in a timely manner as well. This was a return trip as I have had other vehicles serviced here. I will definitely continue to bring our vehicles here for repairs and general service! Thank you!!
I don't usually review places but I felt like this place deserved it. I don't know much about cars but by the end of my time dealing with them I knew exactly what they were doing and the exact price of how much everything was gonna be. No games no funny business extremely helpful and very fast. Couldn't ask for anything better.
This place is top notch. They were easy to communicate with and they provided an intuitive email link with a breakdown of what was done and needed on my vehicle. Fair prices and never felt pressured.
The staff was friendly, and delivered on expectations and exceeded them. The repairs on my vehicle werent the cheapest, but they were still price competitive and far better than a dealership service center- and with far more accountability and transparency on pricing and labor. Additionally, they beat the timeline of repairs they had provided. I will be taking my vehicle back here when I need the break pads replaced in a few months, and for any other repairs I may need.
Changed three wiper blades and William did a wonderful job..nnDid not have one part, ordered it and called me back in less than an hour, I returned and he changed all three while I waited!nSuper job
