A simple oil change with an appointment taking over an hour seemed a little too long for me. The real frustration was later in the afternoon a check tire light came on. Apparently when the tires were rotated the mechanic did not properly reset the system meaning I had to make another trip across town to get this resolved.

My car was serviced in a timely manner as usual. An issue that I raised with the paint on my car was not addressed satisfactorily for the second time. I made this known to the service advisor and was told “that’s the chance you take with a used car.” Despite this rather curt answer, my mother and I went into the dealership to look at two automobiles that we had viewed online. We were in the dealership for 10 minutes and then walked the lot to see if by chance we could see the automobiles. Not once did anyone from the sales staff offer any assistance despite sitting in their cubicles alone. Customer service here is really lacking!
