The entire staff at Williamsburg Ford, from sales, service and the management are exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous and personable people.nI have been dealing with them for about a decade. We have purchased about five vehicles from them and every time their treatment is improving.nThe latest; last week I bought a Mustang MACH E, probably the first in the State of Virginia, and we find them to be overly helpful.nWe will continue to deal with this group and we highly recommend our sales person Mr. Stuart Young.

Dave and Sarah in Customer Service fit our vehicle in and did a great job with the new tires. They both represent good old fashioned customer service that seems missing these days from many dealerships.nnThey're both great to work with as all the Service team members on Dave's team that worked on our Ford yesterday. At Williamsburg Ford, their work wins customers for life and we sincerely appreciated the great job done yesterday.

CMA’s Williamsburg Ford is great. Courteous service people and salesman. Randall Plaxa is a great salesman and will look after you. Had to take my used car in pretty quickly after buying it but everyone there worked diligently to get it back to me quickly. The loaner vehicle was amazing! Highly recommend buying your next vehicle from Randall at CMA’s Williamsburg Ford

Had a great time picking out this awesome SUV. Stu Young was awesome! Answered all questions, checked out all the bells and whistles!! He gave us his personal cell so we could reach him at anytime during the process. Would recommend Stu to anyone looking to buy a car!! Thanks again Stu!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Ford. It was a great experience and I would go there again. Even though I live 3.5 hours away, I would still come back to purchase another vehicle and pay double the taxes and fees plus having to get a state inspection where I reside. I got the best price on my vehicle and am very happy with my car note payments!
