This place looks abandoned, however it appears that squatters may be living there. The pool is green and overgrown with weeds.
I thought we checked in to Bates motel. I assume they are under new management and renovation. If so, wait longer to open. They were lucky everyone else was booked up. They were trying their best to have good service though.
I booked this hotel because I literally had to. It really wasn’t as bad as all the reviews make it out to be. The gent at the counter was very nice. Yes he had to unlock the door to the lobby to let us in and yes it needs updates and cleaned a bit more, but we saw absolutely no indication of bugs whatsoever. The sheets and towels were clean. I will say the bedspread could have been newer and a little cleaner, but all in all, if you just need a place to stay in a pinch, it’s not that bad.
Just Called a couple hours ago and person on the phone was very nice. Me and my family are excited to stay for a couple weeks for a family reunion and can’t wait to surprise the whole family! God Bless our Jesus and Thank you, instead of Family Out we are going Family Inn!
Do not stay here because of the pricd. This is one of those places that you truly get what you pay for. The only upside is I kind of like trains which I got plenty at least once an hour sometimes more.
