I was able to buy the refrigerator of my dreams for a fraction of the price had I bought it new. The only thing was tje workers weren't that helpful. I'm buy myself and they wouldn't help me load it onto the trailer. Even after I went and hired someone to help me load it I still am very pleased on what I paid with labor and all.

In BV, Forrest is very friendly, works with individuals who need to complete community service and allows them to give back and help the community.nnThe BV store far surpasses the Lexington store. My mother was charged twice in Lexington for a table and was told her card was refunded, it wasn’t.

I'm giving a 3 star because they have very very expensive prices! You can get cheaper new things at Walmart and it's new! Otherwise the store has a lot to choose from and that's good. I probably will not go back there though because I don't want to pay that much for over priced USED items!

This place used to be a good place to shop, and donate old things that were in good condition. But now it’s a joke, one of the guy workers wouldn’t take box springs and a bed frame because the mattress had dirt on it. I get it, if the mattress is torn, smells or in awful shape you don’t need to try to restore it (which it wasn’t in bad shape but that’s my opinion). But, a box spring and Universal metal bed frame...? So now instead of someone RE-using the Items (literal purpose of the store), they go to the dump.
