Verizon

Unless you are actually planning on purchasing something, don't waste your time going to this store. Every time I have been to this Verizon Store in need of assistance, I am simply handed a phone number and told to call. You can find the phone number to call online, so don't waste your time making an appointment and driving over. I give two stars because at least they are very courteous while not helping.

This location was great! We were able to come into the store right away and get help from a customer service person right away. Clean store, well organized, everything we needed was in stock, the staff was very professional, friendly and helpful.

They are not helpful a all, bad customer service and have no knowledge on tech issues.

I have been a Verizon customer for years. Over the last four months I had difficulty with phone dropping calls, losing connection while searching on Google. I tried several times to get issue resolved. Solution was BUY new phone. After repeated failure I switched to T Mobile. I did get a new phone there. The sales folks there told me I was at edge of their service area and may not work. They were correct so I went back to Verizon. I asked Verizon if I could bring an unlocked New T Mobile phone to Verizon and on two separate trips to the store said no way. This was even after I told them the Verizon web site said you could. Their solution was BUY new phone. So went to Waynesboro store and they switched my T Mobile phone to Verizon in less than ten minutes.nSo if you want to BUY a phone Staunton store may be for you but service terrible. I go the extra distance to Waynesboro to get the phone and reliable service.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! Treated me like I had the Black Plague because I wasn’t wearing a mask. (Before governors mandate) Wouldn’t even touch my money outside. My shirt covering my face wouldn’t pass, my undershirt covering my face wouldn’t work but a McDonald’s napkin unfolded until it was a single layer tied on with earbuds would. Then they finally let me in to pay my bill, and there stood an employee without a face mask! When I protested after being humiliated by them they said it was ok since his was laying on counter close by. ud83eudd2fnThe next month I come and by the time I get my mask on and get to door it’s 5:00 on dot and the door is locked before I can open it to come pay my bill. I understand there are other ways to pay my bill but it’s easier for me to swing by and use kiosk, usually!
