Four years ago I gave Valley VW high praise. I unfortunately must retract my statements. Had the recommended 70,000 mi service this week. They have gotten rid of the WONDERFUL service manager they'd had for years (Darryl). Boy, is he missed. The two guys they have now have obviously been instructed to SELL SERVICE so these guys were obnoxiously pushing service I DID NOT need. The service they performed took longer than they promised. They did not have all the fluid they needed (for 4motion transmission) and then I got the bill!! $135 per hour for labor. Total labor was $216 for an oil change, tire rotation and brake fluid. We had the same service on our 4Runner done at the Toyota place down the street in Jan and it cost $85. Valley charged $307 and that was with a 10% discount. Severely disappointed and honestly disgusted. Outrageous. Not going back. I know it's the Carter Meyer owners - a friend went to the Subaru place they own across the street and she (whose husband had just died and she wasn't savvy to the tricks these people play) was convinced to do unnecessary work and spent over $700 on on oil change there. Beware.

It was great service today. Oil and rotation was only 101. The tech guy that came out to tell me the good news and the bad news was great. Took about an hour like they had said. Was a great experience today

Impressive. Bought a used 2019 Tiguan and the process was virtually effortless. Price was great, condition of car was as advertised, car was spotless and the staff was very friendly, accommodating and got me in and out quickly. Overall, the process and car was better than expected.

Everything about my buying experience was great! Catherine initially got me set up with a test drive right away and from there Ray took over. He showed me all the ins and outs of my Tiguan! He truly took the time to explain every function and what every button did and ensured that it was equipped with everything I was looking for. I'd recommend CMA Valley Volkswagen to anyone thinking about buying a Volkswagen!
