I had got my combination switch replaced. Now I can drive in the rain again. These folks are definitely professional. They will call you back with estimates( very reasonable)and durations on when your car gets fixed. Also very reasonable. Thank you Dee Dee and team. I will be back.
I was in a fender bender accident right in front of Surratt Tire, and was unable to drive my car home. After meeting Bill Surratt, I was pleased to know Surratt Tire was an approved shop with my insurance company and was able to complete all the needed repairs. Bill even loaned me a car to pick my wife up and drive home to get our other car. Bill and his team were excellent to work with, and I would highly recommend them for repairs and maintenance.nDoug A
Appointment was scheduled for repair work. For front end of my truck. I liked the fact I received a text the day before confirming my appointment. Additional work was requested by me and that was not a problem. I was kept informed as to my cost. Very informative. Very nice. I was able to do a drop off and pick up after hours which helped a lot due to my work schedule. The truck drives great. The care package left in the truck for me was a plus. I will be going back for future work and services.
They did a state inspection on short notice and were able to replace one of our headlights, all at a very reasonable cost. It was so quick that I stayed in their waiting room, started doing some office work and didn't even have time to finish the phone call I was on. Highly recommended.
The folks at Surratts Auto performed a thorough inspection of my transmission today! They sat down with me and gave an honest assessment of what they found. I really appreciated there effort to trouble shoot my issue with my transmission AND WAS MORE DETAILED ORIENTED THAN MY DEALERSHIP! They offer free Drinks (hot coffee as well) and there waiting area is a nice size/with cable Tv!!!
