Upon arrival, Dana was at the door waiting with the vehicle i was interested in warmed up and ready. It only got better from there! Dana Brock went through every single detail of the bells & whistles of that car and then when my interest was peaked by another car, he didn't hesitate to run through the details of that one also!! With no pressure, he was patient and allowed me to ask questions and answered them all with great professionalism! Then.....we met Chris Parnell! What fun!! I can honestly say I have never laughed while going through the car buying experience...but I did today! When it comes time to buy another, there will be NO hesitation to make the drive to see these guys again! I will send everyone i know there also! Absolute best car buying experience I've ever had! Oh, and I can't forget Leslie! He made the whole financial process swift & easy!!

Dana was great! His customer service and willingness to help 5 out of 5 but unfortunately the rest of this place hasn't been as exciting to deal with. The supervisor and service will lie to make sales. Highly recommend that any vehicle test driven from her be taken to a mechanic and looked over top to bottom so you don't get sold a lemon

Michael Capuzzo is always helpful no matter the situation. I am so thankful for him. I also truly appreciate the attention to detail that happens each and every time I come for service. A big shout out also to the service technician and parts department!!

I just want to take the time to thank Dana Brock for helping my son get a car he is amazing man and a great person he will not force you into anything like most sales people... he has taken great care of our family we have bought several cars from him. I'm probably going to be buying another pickup truck and Dana will be the man I go see you thank you again Dana for everything you have doneud83dudcaa

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Big thanks to Chris, Mindy, Les, Gavin and Jim. We are very happy with our purchase. I will definitely consider buying from Valley Nissan in the future above all others. Everyone was very accommodating and professional. I couldn't of asked for a better experience.
