Worst customer service I've ever seen. I signed up with CenturyLink and was told it would be activated on Feb 15th. On that date I messaged them to see where there were. I then got pushed back to March 12th. I had someone stay at my house all day and still a no show .I even contacted them earlier in that week to verify they were coming on the 12th. After getting the run around from a script that they're clearly ready they told me 3-5 days and it'll be on. Got in touch with them yesterday to figure out what day the were coming this wk so I can have someone there to meet them. Now they're telling mr April 15th. That's 2 months aftermy original activation date. Ridiculous
Centurylink is the absolute worse phone company in the country. I have just been trying to get a simple extra phone jack in my office at home and it has been impossible. I stayed on the phone a total of one hour and twenty minutes between on hold and talking with representative. Scheduled a technician Visit. The day of the visit technician was late and I missed him. Then I received a text from centurylink saying my service was completed. Now how in the hell did they install a jack in my office and never go in the house.? Terrible customer service.
