Pizza Hut

What is there to say. In my opinion, Pizza Hut is the winner. Their ingredients are always fresh and there is never a long wait.

I've had some bad experiences with pizza hut, but this takes the cake. Makes me not want to visit anymore. I ordered a personal pan . As I have many times before. It was anything but. It was like a hand toss gone wrong. Barely any sauce. It chewed like rubber. No cheese! I dont know if someone was in training, or in a hurry. Or just didnt care. But as a faithful customer. I was appalled!!!

My experience is always more than enjoyable, the staff is amazing and friendly just like family, the service is always fast and the food is always mouth watering and fresh.!!!

I ordered online. I understand that it takes longer thanks to covid right now, but my order took twice the estimated time for delivery and when I got my food it was quite burned. Half the pizza is essentially char. Plus the mini shaker things we don't even get to keep. I had to return it to the very nice delivery lady (the only good part about my experience was how nice she was). Why was i able to buy two of them if I only got 5 cents worth of crushed red pepper out of it? Maybe explain that part instead, you know that we aren't actually buying a product from you, just what amounts to less than a free packet of crushed red pepper.nnUpdate: I recieved an email from Pizza Hut headquarters apologizing and giving me a free pizza. I don't want a free pizza from you guys. I don't want to give you guys any more business. I would like a refund for my order because I didn't get anything close to what I paid for and actually feel as though your business is conducting some sort of fraud by selling products but not delivering them. I will contact the BBB for you to let them know about it.

Worst service I've ever seen. The people there are friendly but theres 0 organization or anything. They've messed up so many times I cant even count. One time the I ordered and the person on the phone forgot to take my card and when they delivered they wouldn't give me the food and I waited an hour on the phone with them before they decided it was their fault and gave me it for free. Another time I went when the app told me my food was ready for pickup. Guess what? They hadn't even started making it yet. As I said the people arent the problem just the higher ups I guess
