Can't wait to go back after the pandemic so we can see inside the courthouse
The rangers there had so much information. I'm only giving it a 4 because of covid.
There was a young college girl who worked there who was so helpful. She was very nice and answered all of our questions. It was amazing to think about the history that took place there. The woman who worked in the gift shop was also very nice.
This site is unbelievably cool! Free entry and a look back in time at a period in this country's history that should never be forgotten. Walking in the old jailhouse one could feel the weightiness of the atmosphere. And seeing the place where our country reunited is awesome. Definitely a must stop when you get the chance!
This is a self guided walking tour. It would have been better experience if everything had been open but due to covid, the courthouse and McLean house were closed. The on site tour guides were very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was clean and in order. I spent about two hours here and enjoyed it.
