Mr. Moss installed a generator for my parents. He did an amazing job and was polite and helpful. We have been enjoying the assurance of having the unit especially with my father’s health issues and the fact that he needs supplemental oxygen. Ronnie’s son even came out and cut some trees down for us. Amazing family and two really nice, personable gentlemen.
Mr. Moss and his crew arrived not only on time but early. The quality of their work was no less than outstanding. They did more than what was expected at no extra cost. They were very professional and treated us like they had known us as friends for years. They cleaned up all trash and excess dirt when the job was completed. Me and my wife couldn't be happier. Thank you to Ronnie, his son and entire crew. Job well done.
Good electrician kind of pricy
Both called and stopped at their office -- totally ignored my need for service and help. Never returned my call or acknowledged my visit to their place of business. Waited several weeks trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and still no communication. The issue I was having became critical and I finally realized that I would have to find another certified and licensed electrician. Called another company and they were sent someone out that very day. Very disappointed in this local business and the way I was treated. i wish it could have turned out differently.
