I would never recommend this place to anyone. I purchased 2 expensive lemons from this place in the last 5 years. I thought I just had bad luck the first time and gave them a second chance and what a mistake. My Explorers transmission gave out in the first 11 months of ownership. The vehicle didnt even make it to its first state inspection.There service department is terrible and will not help you at all. They are a sorry about your luck kind of place. I've never felt more robbed in my life. I must add I'm still paying for both. One is a pretty blue lawn ornament.
Waited 3 months for a hitch for my vehicle. They don’t negotiate price. Oil changes are done well. All in all it’s not a great customer focused experience.
Usually I have fair experience with them, but I called about my sister's windshield and they were supposed to call Mee back. Still haven't heard anything

Excellent mechanical service backed by excellent customer service. Service Manager Billy Gibbs runs a service department we can trust, and that says a lot!
