Most times I come in here, the experience is nothing exceptional, sometimes even dipping into unacceptable (especially from the manager of the store) but today I came in and Savannah and Jeremiah (who may be a temporary fill in from another store) were so engaging, happy, and friendly. 5 stars for them, one star off for every other experience I've had in this subway.
Service was unprofessional set my pick up time to 6:20 went in at 6:25. Got told my orders pick up time is 6:40 when I'm looking at my app and it says order is ready.
Went to get a sub here tonight and the guy inside saw our car pull up and immediately lock the door before we could get out of the car. We had at least 10 minutes before the store closed. So I start my car and go to leave and then he wants to act like he didnt just lock the door in front of us. So my husband and I leave and go to walmart to buy their subs! Ruined my night. Why can't people be polite?
I love subway but I go there for the bread and vegetables because we all know they are not known for being generous with the meat unless you pay extra
Owner & employee was so patient & kind with me! Technology is not my forte , machine was on the fritz but owner took care of me & I left with a smile & great food
