We went here with my wife for lunch. Everything was great, we had sushi to start and then their meals which come with soup and salad. We ordered teriyaki chicken and the scallop meal, all was superb. Will definitely go back and recommend this place. Furnishings are diner style, just tables and chairs but go for the food not the decor.
The owner is a real gentleman, and the food is very good , and very good priced also, The Hibachi steak cames with a soup, a nice touch, fried rice and vegetables, I was full in not time, and I drove 23 miles to this place, this is our second time there, we knew this place when we moved in June 20 and we were at Lowe's, become late to cook and we followed our GPS, this time we went because we had not electricity for 4 days, and we remembered that back in June we liked his food. Good food and attention you do not forget at all.
I'm very picky with my hibachi because it has to have all the right flavors and go well together and right texture and be yummy. The fried rice has no veggies added (which I liked) and was a smooth buffer for the BA-BAM flavor punch of the hibachi chicken and steak. NY strip steak is what they use; it's a wonderful texture. I asked that all my veggies be broccoli and, ya know what? The broccoli wasn't dripping in sauce and was not soggy or burned. Will return when we visit Virginia again!!!
Just loved it. Food was so yummy! Made fresh in front of us. It's under the new management/Ownership. Didn't get enough stars in the reviews because of the old history may be! But with new menu & recipes, their food is unbelievably good. Very clean and friendly environment ud83dudc4c
