Nice hotel, comfortable room for the family. Breakfast was available, but all prepackaged. Wifi was good. Looked like the trash hadn't been picked up for a couple days, all the bins were full, but it was a holiday weekend. Otherwise clean and no smell of smoke. Staff was friendly and responsive.
Check in went well. Upon entering elevator, the floor looked dirty. Exited on to 4th floor, all baseboard trim is missing entirely giving a very tacky appeal. Room was basically clean. Fitted sheets do not fit mattress. Air conditioner leaks so carpet is wet. Refrigerator does not work, microwave unplugged and cabinet holding the two units is falling apart. Husband had to take out the tub stopper to get the water to drain while showering. Informed front desk the night before of some of the issues, yet the morning staff was unaware of any of it. I travel to the area quite frequently to visit family and will NEVER stay here again.
Nice employees, average Hampton. Great place to stay while in FarmVille.
