The car smelled good. It was clean. No hassles and overall good experience.
Getting my rental was super easy!!!! I went on my lunch break and was in and out in less than ten minutes. I loved the vehicle I got also. II needed to have it an extra day than what I had planned, and with one phone call, the extra day was added. I didn't have to go in or do anything. Will definitely use them again.
I’m somewhat of a regular renter as I go to see family every 4 to 6 weeks which is about a 6 hour drive. I don’t like racking the mikes up on my car so I choose to rent. This location has always been on top of everything, especially when CJ (?) is helping me. He’s hospitable and efficient, friendly in every way and tends to my needs quickly. I give Enterprise a 5 star rating but would it wouldn’t be as sincere without CJ! Give that man a raise or some kind of acknowledgement!
We loved the car. It was beautiful and spacious. The car was excellent on fuel as well, which helped on the long trip. The staff was friendly. The pick up and drop off process was quick and easy. Great experience and we will definitely rent from them again.
