Customer service at this location is outstanding! Lisa went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns were addressed and resolved. I would defiantly recommend using this location!
I had the pleasure of meeting the manager Lisa in the Whitestone location. I was very impressed with her professionalism. She gave me direct information regarding any questions that I had.
The general manager (Lisa) that I spoke with was very professional, proficient, and friendly. Prices are reasonable, and the premises are well maintained. The only reason I didn't give Prime a five star rating is because the facility is a little dated, but then again So Am I. All in all I am well pleased with Prime Storage.
I live in Michigan and prime Storage wars very helpful in the problem of getting a space in June. I can’t wait to meet them in person.
