Great BOGO 1/2 price. Sale. Friendly and helpful staff
A little pricey but ended up with 5 pairs of shoes. My whole family was happy. There was a pair for each unique one of us.
Good service! I picked out a pair of shoes and the girl working stopped what she was doing to go get it's mate. My husband chose a pair while I was checking out and she again stopped what she was doing to help him. She was very nice and courteous.
It's a great place for good shoes and good prices. I especially appreciate their clearance selection! There aren't many shoe stores in this area, so I beg you to support the ones that we do have.
I visited shoe show in wise VA todat. My ex sister in law works here, from a marriage that ended 11 years ago. She went in the back, which was fine I could have cared less honestly, but what bothered me was while I was going through a crazy amount of shoes instead of coming over to ask if I need help the young girls behind the counter just stood there staring at me and running back and forth to the back, and I was the only one in the store. Customer service goes along way, and while I still bought seven pairs of shoes I won't be going back unless they get employees who actually ask customers if they would like help !!!
