Great service! We were picked up and taken to the rental car site. The car, an Altima, was great. Very happy with this particular rental experience at this particular location since we rent from Enterprise frequently on our RV trips. Staff was wonderful here, too!

Enterprise has always been professional courteous and one of the fastest process for rentals that we use for our business highly recommend them to anybody
I never had a problem with enterprise until my last rental. I booked over a week in advance. When I went to pick up my rental they tried giving me a car instead of the SUV I had booked and the rental they gave me when there was 2 options there was one that I didn't think I was going to make it to my destination there were issues with this vehicle plus it wasn't cleaned the way it should have been I had to clean and disenfectant it before my family got inside. I have pictures of the inside and the warnings on dashboard. When you pay the amount of money you have to pay you should be pleased but this experience with my local enterprise was just uncalled for and the handling by employee was not what you would expect when there was issues.
We planned to rent from kingsport but after reading reviews decided to go with norton enterprise. It was a little more expensive but definitely worth the extra money. I will always choose costumer service over price. The employees were helpful and friendly. We arrived 30 minutes early the car was already clean and ready. We were in and out fast. When we returned the car it only took a minute. We had to take our son to a specialist 6 hours away.
