Food is good. Waiters and waitresses are great. I would much rather go in and sit down and eat. If you have a to-go order, it gets sweaty and wet in the baggies they put the food in, and your food isn't as good as it would be going inside to eat. Overall we like this place. The corn nuggets are the best and we also like their chicken parmesan sandwich.nn*edited to review on 3/21/21nnWe sat for a good 35 minutes waiting for drinks. Drinks were delivered with no straws. Then sat another 45 minutes and no food. We ended up leaving with no food. We didn't have any more time to wait. We know they were short staffed, but there was only 3 tables ud83eudd37‍♀ufe0f. good food...when you can get it in a timely manner.

The food is really good, but their delivery service and customer service is horrible. We ordered delivery from them several times and each time took over an hour. For reference we only live 5 minutes away. This last time we still hadn’t gotten our food after 2 and 1/2 hours. I requested a refund and was told a manager would call be back after they got back from what they were doing. I never received a call, food, or notice of a refund. If you want 4 seasons for your families dinner you better order by lunch time.

We ordered and waited for over an hour for our food to be delivered. We finally called and she said she had an issue with our card. So instead of calling as soon as the issue arose we waited for us to call. After we talked the card info was in fact correct. Someone else entered it and it went through. By the time I got the food the fired pickles were spongy my order wasn't even correct. We not order from here again. It's also expensive for the quality. I didn't even eat the food it was that bad.

Food was great but when I Called in a to-go order, the person taking my order was trying to have 3 different conversations. When I got there, Apparently I was at the wrong counter and was directed to another room to pick up my food. Very small space, not able to social distance. Seemed very chaotic. Then my amount i was charged, didn't match the amounts on the menu posted on Facebook.

This was our first time ordering from Four Seasons and on a Sunday afternoon, so we called early to make sure they had time to prepare our food (6 burgers and 6 orders of fries). Our order was not ready until 54 minutes after we called it in! They were not busy upon our arrival, so I have no idea why it took this long. Thankfully, the burgers were great and the fries were okay. Based on this experience, I don't recommend Four Seasons and I will not be eating there again.
