While we couldn't close the deal (no fault of Lakeside at all) they were extremely friendly, helpful, honest and not pushy. Made the car-buying experience actually enjoyable. Will definitely be back. Awesome people!!!

First time coming to a dealership in general and trying to get a vehicle spent the past 2 days trying to get answers just to get answers . I’ve been out a vehicle for a week now and in need of one badly considering I’m a manager and a mom of 3 so my job is at risk cause there giving me the run around. Worst car dealership experience so far.

I can't say enough about the great experience that I had with Lakeside! From Milka (who made special arrangements outside of hours to meet with me), to Brian (working diligently to get all of the financial pieces to fit), to Robert (coming in after hours and working completely with my needs), to Paula (printing/running paperwork and keeping the document process on target) I am absolutely 100% pleased with the exceptional customer service and support of this team! I also got my dream car out of this deal!!

Like others, the thought of buying a car and the process is one of the worst! Rob at Lakeside Auto has forever changed the way I look at dealerships.. 100% Honest and upfront about everything, none of the up and down games at other bigger dealerships. Rob makes it feel like your buying a car from your best friend instead of a dealership!!nWill absolutely do everything in his power to make you feel like you matter!!nWill 100% come here again!!
