This use to be my favorite Kroger store to shop at but now, the staff have become extremely rude. I have had employees get attitudes with me when asking for help and just don't even try to help. It's ridiculous to have employees at a store that I spend my money at with such bad attitudes. I do not recommend going to this store at all.
if this store were in metro Atlanta (Murder Kroger), it would have cleaner updated bathrooms, a better lit parking lot and a Henrico or Richmond police officer on full time. it's a spacious clean relatively well stocked store with a friendly staff. You've got to acknowledge that there are transient folks in the area who need to use that bathroom as well as the elderly population and it is atrocious. also I don't understand having the markdown bread and canned good section 10 ft from the bathroom door... just saying.
Don't shop here. This Kroger has gone downhill so far, so fast that it's sad. There are much better choices now - Wegmans, Publix, Aldi, Lidl, Whole Foods are all examples of far better places to shop. I will never shop here again. The staff there could not be worse, especially the manager.
Was there at 8.45am(they open at 6am) and not a single full service register was open, with multiple employees filling pickup orders and several doing routine wiping, cleaning. Unfortunate for the elderly trying to stay safe and avoid covid but are forced to interact with a screens...
Fresh produce, friendly staff and overall warm and inviting atmosphere.
