I’m a first time car buyer and even told them several times. Asked for help and received very little except that I could afford it. Got there on the 13 told me the car was driven couple days before I came, was going to be checked over at a shop and that I could test drive it when it was done. Next day I came back was with a completely different associate didn’t say anything about a test drive said it was in great condition and everything checked out In The shop. Day after I got it checked fluids in it BONE DRY ON OIL! Call to ask them if they even checked it said it must have been looked over and they were sorry and suggested I put oil in it. Don’t even have a vehicle around the price of mine but was told before they were getting titles for the same price vehicles or cheaper. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to first time car buyers.
Crysta was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and personable. She made the whole process smooth and painless. The last time I bought a car was horrible and super stressful. This has been one of the best experiences. I will definitely be back the next time I need a vehicle.
They are a wonderful place to go if you are wanting to buy a car that day! Very friendly, warming and greeting you with open arms. The application process was fast and easy, they also have a sale going on right now! Just walked away with a car today, no sending me to other places or denying me.
