I took my mom and my teenage daughter to this Kroger location, they both fall in love with the store. My mom was amazed with their selections and freshness. My daughter couldn’t stop talking about their super friendly services at every department. Unlike at most grocery stores it was always difficult to find someone when you needed help, at Kroger people would approach her and offer their assistance. She was very impressed.

Do not use their curb side pick up. My husband went to pick up our food and there were a good amount of items that we didn’t get that could have easily been substituted that weren’t. The reasons I say that it could have been was when the employee came to deliver the food my husband noticed the turkey bacon he wanted was substituted for bacon he told the employee that he didn’t want that. The employee gave him attitude stating “come on man, it’s the same brand”. Personally I am glad I wasn’t there. But now we have to go to another grocery run to get the stuff that they didn’t fill.nnSuggestion would be to go to Publix, they are more expensive but their professionalism is way better and if they can’t find an item they text us what we can substitute it for.

This store is old and it's showing. We came from the recently upgraded Mechanicsville store and thought that the West End would surely be better. Not so. The aisles are crowded and the pharmacy is lax about answering the phone and communicating prescriptions status, even on the app. Very disappointed in this store.

Placed a pickup order for 6pm. Was notified at 515 that it wouldn't be ready until 730. I arrived at 720 and waited until 820. Called and they said it would be another 15 minutes. Meanwhile the people bringing the groceries out were moving incredibly slow and playing on their phones on the walk in and out. When I called to cancel I got hung up on. Horrible service. Won't shop here again.
