If you want to talk about customer service, John at Big M Chevrolet in the service department absolutely excelled. We are from out of town and John made sure to work as quick and proficiently to ensure my wife and I were back on the road as fast as he could. John and the rest of the staff were wonderful as usual. I woke Friday morning to a slow start only for my starter to go out in Big M's parking lot. Friday was a very busy day for me and i could not afford to be without my vehicle. Although I did not have an appointment, everyone went out of there way to make sure my vehicle was repaired and returned to me within hours. Thank you so much.

John and the service team at Big M Chevrolet in Radcliff, KY are hard working, trustworthy, friendly, responsive, and do great work. I've used Big M on several occasions since I've been stationed at Fort Knox, and they never disappoint. They're always welcoming and timely with their service. I do not feel like a joe-shmoo, but a valued customer. I'm typically skeptical with dealership service departments, but given my great experiences at Big M, I highly recommend Big M to all my friends, family members and workmates.

I drive a long way to buy a truck from Big M and the trip was worth it. The truck was priced fairly, but more importantly, the staff was extremely polite and helpful.
