Just took my Impala in today for an oil change and new front brakes. Made initial contact with Kate who was quick to get me set up for my appointment which I was running late for by ten minutes. She was more than accommodating in forgiving the delay and had my car in ready to go in a matter of minutes! Being that it was lunch time and most of the mechanics were about to break to eat, I was told that it would be a couple of hours. I understood completely so the shuttle driver, Bethany, took me back to my residence to handle some matters while I waited. Within one hour Kate called me to tell me my car was ready! That's called under promising and over delivering! Top notch customer service from Kate! She had a multitude of tasks and yet still managed to get my vehicle ready in quicker time! My thanks to the technician who stayed through lunch to complete the job! Bethany also deserves some praise for being a go getter and an extremely efficient and timely driver! She had me back at the shop in no time despite multiple trips. Many thanks to Kate for her hard work and professionalism. Her multitasking skills are above and beyond. And last but not least, thanks to all the staff including John the service manager who is always running a tight ship! Great job Kate and thank you for getting me back on the road in no time! You guys are great!

The absolute BEST car lot and customer service experience I’ve ever had!! Louis Nelson is beyond extraordinary, he was so sweet and professional and provided exceptional service!! Will never buy a car anywhere else but here, I highly recommend him and Big M!!!

Stopped in at Big M in Radcliff and Katelyn Snider helped me. She really made sure everything on my vehicle was taken care of. Honest and hard working and got me a great deal. Will definitely come back again!
