Hello everyone. I recently found a beautiful Beetle that I was wanting for my first car. I’m very low income and was wanting to put about half down and then make payments. I talked to a man on the phone (not sure what his name was) and asked him what month terms I could do.nnHe then proceeded to tell me I had to pay it all at one time because it’s “only $2500”. I don’t know if you all know this, but not everyone has $2500 that they can throw at one time.nnSo thank you all for not even considering me. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Have a fantastic day.

Well where to start...I guess with the salesman Errond Nicest guy you could ever want to work with was out the door taking care of us and really wanted to take care if our needs. Next is the Manager Steve he took care of us after the sale like no other car dealership we have been to did more than we really could have expected. My wife is finally happy with her New Eclipse Cross ....ThanksTo Errond ,Steve and the rest of the guys at Swope Mitsubishi!

I purchased my 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander last Christmas Eve from Swope Certificated and I must say this was the best Christmas present I could have gotten for myself and my family! Going one year strong and I have had no issues whatsoever and I am thrilled to own such a nice and dependable vehicle. I am to this day very impressed and satisfied with the service and support I received from all the staff here, especially AJ McCoy who was our internet sales manager. He was able to work with us to find the best deal and assure us it was worth the drive from Lexington to buy something not only that suited our needs but that we Love! The staff here is patient and will not try and sell you the first car you test drive, which is what has happened to me in the past. This is a family business and they truly want to help you and your family....not your typical car dealership. They have a nice area for the kids to play, they have their own little room with toys and art supplies and snacks for the whole family. All I can say is what a great experience, even coming back for my free oil changes. If you are searching for an honest place to purchase your vehicle; who will treat you fairly and like one of their own.... search no more!!

Horrible experience staff lacks communication skills to work sufficiently with customers. Was in process of purchasing Vehicle, was waiting for approval letter as am in a chapter 13. When I went to inform my sales rep Errond I got the approval letter was informed the vehicle sold two days prior and no one ever notified me. I even offered to put money down on the vehicle but was never taken. Spoke to the manager him self who stayed the situation was handled poorly but gave no discounts and that vehicles aren’t held. If you are someone who has bad credit or bankruptcy look else where.

In all my years of purchasing a vehicle, I have never been treated so fairly. From the day I pulled in the parking lot at Swope Certified in Radcliff, Ky. The salesman, Jonathan was up front and honest during the the selection and purchase of my vehicle and so helpful and kind. I also would like to mention Kelly and Steven and thank them for there help and kindness during my purchase,sooo helpful !!! Also I need to mention Chuck there Technician, when an unexpected problem arose, he was on it and repaired it in a very professional manner. I thank you with a heart felt thankfulness for all you did for me ud83dudc9c. I will be back ud83dude07
