Awesome Place. They will work with you more than any car company would. The patience they have for their customers is over the top. I honestly have been late on some payments and I have not heard one rude thing. The main lady at the buy here pay here department is so nice and understanding and doesn’t ask any personal questions. I recently purchased a truck from this dealership. John met me on the lot and was fantastic from the get go. This was my fourth car buying experience and it was the best one by far. I had a few parameters that the vehicle had to meet. John took down the information and made it happen. I never felt any pressure from him whatsoever. Tim was also amazing to work with. This dynamic duo is the team to talk to if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle!
Pleased with service and dealing with Bret. Very informative and did everything to make sure my issues were addressed. I can also say 100% that these people are trustworthy. There was a mistake on my bill which was paid and they called me the next day to issue me a refund that I would have never known about.

I purchased my Ford Escape in 2011. Three years later, I left KY and moved to MO. I returned here last year 2019 and the Manager still remembered me from 2011. I have always had excellent service from Knox Ford. I have had other dealers to tell me something was wrong with my car that wasn't true. NEVER have I had this from Knox Ford. Steve is the best. Whatever he says, you can count on it. I would not take my car anywhere else!!
