We contacted multiple companies and received multiple quotes. Bold Moving and Storage offered the best value and assured us that our move would be done without issue.nnMoving day came and they called prior to let us know that they were about an hour away. They showed up, went over all the details of the move (2 storage units and a townhouse) and the contents. They were very professional, careful and pleasant. They inventoried all our items, wrapped everything in blankets and plastic wrap and loaded carefully.nnWe were moving from VA to FL, they arranged for delivery, again followed up with phone calls and text messages on their ETA and worked flawlessly to offload our items into the house and garage.nnI cannot say enough about how professional their team was in both the pickup (Ian and crew) and delivery (Ace & Terry). We were very apprehensive about the whole move as neither my wife nor myself had every hired movers before but this experience has been nothing short of phenomenal.nnThank you Bold Moving and Storage for making moving a pleasure and not a pain! A great experience for sure!

After the Horror stories i read about various Moving Companies, i was ready to go war with a arsenal of Questions with any Company i Hired. I quickly called back the troops after talking with Josh. Josh answer all my questions & explain why there were some bad reviews under one of our review searches. He had honest answers for the few bad reviews. Being a Man that's been around for a few minutes, i can usually tell when somebody blowing Smoke. Josh was Honest & Sincere with his explanations, and i could tell he was aware of these reviews. Most Business People that read their reviews are serious about their work.nnThe price didn't change even when we added a few things that weren't on the list. The movers were kind & professional. There's no way moving 4100 sq ft, 5 bed room house after living there for 26 years, that something wasn't going to get damaged - it did. My wife's valuable (to our Family anyway) Dining Room table arm was chipped. Called Josh, (he actually answered the call), he instructed the Movers to take the chair with them so he could send it out to be repaired. We received it back in time for our first Family Dinner.nnBottom line these Guys were Great, and i recommend them Highly. This is My Promise being fulfilled - I told Josh if he was true to his Word, I'd be true to mine & write a Review. I do not like writing reviews, because I'm not a good Writer (Public School Victim - Lawsuit Pendingud83dude02) I did the best I could. Bold Movers will take the Worry of Out of your Move - My Word Is My Bond Believe It!

My move from Florida to New York was handled by Bold Moving and Storage. In Florida, five of the most professional men showed up , led by O’Neal, and made that part of the move effortless. They were all professional , thoughtful and respectful of my belongings. We had a little hiccup on the New York end but it was worked out amicably. The two gentlemen who unloaded my belongings , led by Ace, had been on the Florida part of my move and continued to New York with all my stuff. They were very respectful in how they handled the delivery and the professionalism continued. I honestly cannot say enough about these men.nnJoshua, one of the owners ,was my contact person and who I dealt with from start to finish. He answered every call that I made to him. I was extremely nervous about this move and had to change the date on him three different times. His reaction each time was professional and assuring. Never did he get upset, just went along with my changes. They showed up when they said, delivered as I requested. I’m so happy I choose this company and you will be too. I wish you could give 6 stars, EXCELLENT service, on time, courteous, professional. 800 mile move, NOTHING damaged, have never seen furniture protected better. Bill is great to work with, more businesses need men like him. Also, their guys in the field, nothing but top notch. Feel free to use me as a reference any time.

I had a terrific experience with Bold Moving & Storage during a recent out-of-state move. Management & QA did a terrific job estimating and scheduling my move. The moving team arrived on time for the the pickup and did a terrific job - good attitudes - very people-oriented, very professional and detail-oriented. Every step was clearly explained. The delivery was the same pain-staking detail and care showed towards my property. I recommend Bold Moving and Storage for anyone moving in state or out of state or even across town.
