Great storage company because of the employees.
Have a storage space there
The place is clean, well-lit, and kept in good repair. Each building has overhead doors from the parking lot. The individual units have interior doors which keeps the units dry and makes it far less likely that wild critters can gain entrance. There are plenty of flat-bed hand trucks for use in moving storage items. There is an access ramp where needed. There is also a bathroom, kept very clean, and a drinking water fountain. Trash cans are promptly emptied.nnThe manager and her family live on-site which is reassuring, particularly during area power outages. Surveillance cameras give additional assurance. Ms. Diana Adkins has been the site manager for several years when I have rented multiple storage units. She is an astute, street-savvy manager who has a fine understanding of the tenant's interests balanced with the owner's interests. She is careful with paperwork and rental calculations. She learns names and faces for the tenants.
Price was good, and the staff was great.
