Kristin was very helpful , she allowed me to see the unit before buying ! Which was great o was so lost in size of what I needed ! And the prices are cost effective which is also great !
The little experience I had at the Springfield location saddens me...... I wasn’t even able to enter the facility. When knocking on the door to enter the building someone comes to the door saying “I’m coming can’t you wait”........ then asked “Do I need to come.....?” ( how else would you get a storage if you didn’t come in is what i was thinking) next they swing the door open and say come in and walk away....... later to find out when I called back w my concerns because of course I left immediately bc I don’t do well with unprofessionalism I found out that it was the MANAGER ANGELA who was doesn’t have customer service...... I was shocked!!nCustomer service during this time is soooo important..... I will never use this company.
The prices are amazing and the customer service is very welcoming. I got exactly what i needed and was in and out in less than 20 mins. :)

WOW What an amazing experience it is to rent a storage unit with Extra Attic. After trying with Extra space and then Mini price and then Extra space again this was a huge breeze of fresh air. The other people just lie about their rates online, lie about their reservations, don't tell you all the extra hidden fees, don't honor their promotions, they call you (who calls in 2019?) if you're in a meeting or in the bathroom or driving then that's when they call. They want you to go there and claim the unit and present stuff and waste your time and they want to shove insurance down your throat, shove an $18 dollar padlock down you throat OMG it's so horrible. Not Extra Attic, you go to the website, you choose your unit right there, the price is the actual price, no extra fees you can choose insurance or decline it if your renter's insurance covers it (I called mine, they do, I had no idea). You pay right there, set up monthly payments if you want then you sign an online agreement and get all the info and documents in your email. The manager emails you (yep, no freaking calls) they answer any questions you have and you're done, I just went there, had all the info to get in, put my own padlock and I was done. I didn't have to deal with anybody, any calls any physical paperwork... NOTHING. THANK YOU SO MUCH EXTRA ATTIC!!
