Great place to do business and staff is always friendly and knowledable. The grounds are always neat and clean and pricing is good for the storage.
The rates...., I had an increase the first year I was here which is the norm.. two in the second year 18 percent to be exact and I have 2 10X30 units I can only imagine what the 3rd will year will be... Because I'm out at this point.., at a time like now dealing with the coronavirus I would do all I can to retain storage holders if I was the owner.., but then again it's all about GREED..
I called and spoke with a manager and he got me what I needed and gave me several options and also made me aware of all cost and policies. Good location for me as well.
The property is well maintained, organized, and clean. Manager was very friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of units, contracts, and times to accessing possessions in the units. In my opinion, as this is my first experience with Prime Storage, it was a very good experience and choice to use this company~
