Worst customer service, super rude people working there, tried to rent a unit and use the moving truck, I have valid insurance and a valid driver's license but for some ridiculous reason this place requires you to have proof of your car's registration to use the moving truck. I could not find the most recent registration card for my car but have my title and old registrations in my glove box and my stickers are up to date on my plates and valid on my car, and AGAIN I HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND CURRENT INSURANCE- But for some reason this place would not let me use the rental truck without it. To me it's bizarre that they would need this piece of information since UHaul, Enterprise, Rent A Wreck and any other place I've ever rented a car or truck from has never asked for it. I had to spend half an hour this afternoon to go into my DMV account online and find this and download it so I could have it just in case for future use, but why on earth would this be necessary?! It threw a wrench in my entire day of moving I had planned because I'm not going to do business with this place after the way the staff behaved and spoke to me. And I called the main number to complain and they co-signed on this madness! Also the rates here are a lot higher than other places in town, which I now realize after having to find another unit. I just thought having the 'free rental truck' would be helpful. BOY WAS I MISTAKEN.
