Excellent customer service. Calling to get information from their storage specialist line was a breeze. He was so polite and very informative about spacing, locations, and deals. Set up a reservation with my local storage location that he informed would be in contact with me soon.nnTina, the location specific employee, called promptly after within the hour; seamlessly confirmed my reservation, went over insurance options with me, and walked me through the lease agreement before signing to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting.nnHighly recommended working with them.! Moving and in need of storage facility for 5 months. The young lady who assisted me over the phone was friendly, professional and very helpful with assisting me on the best size to fit our needs. The location is well lit, clean and the monthly price is not bad compared to what other storage facilities charged.

A long term customer of ESS and I’ve been nothing but happy with my experience. The staff has ALWAYS been kind, and helpful. I had to go into the office today for a few minutes and Tiana was so wonderful. She got right to the source of my question and handled it on the spot. If you are looking for a storage facility, consider ESS on Laburnum #1575. You will not be disappointed.
