This storage place is PHENOMENAL!nI saw on online promotion, called and inquired and my spot was held for me. Fast and easy process to my storage rental. The team Ms Sheree and Mr Will are just absolutely wonderful and answer all questions thoroughly. Clean, safe and excellent hours and I can't stress that enough! The hours from open to close are what prompted me to getting the storage. The prices are economical. Convenient location, on busline diagonally across from Willow Lawn. If you're looking for some extra space please don't hesitate to give Extra Space Storage a call or stop by their location. You will not be disappointed.
The owners here are the problem. Management is excellent and very helpful. The owners neglect the property. They raise the monthly rates EVERY month. Yet even with the extra money they get out of whoever they can, the gate is STILL broken. It has been for weeks now and it’s not the first time. We pay for a secured fenced in area and we haven’t had that. Anyone can walk in from the street and take whatever they want. I’m surprised this location is still open.
Sheree was a great help! The space is clean and well lit with easy access. I also love that they have COVID procedures and ensure everyone follows them.
I would definitely recommend anyone with items that need to be stored not hesitate to call Extra Space Storage, hopefully all of there employees provide the same exemplary customer service as Sheree. She was professional, respectful, and most importantly kept the same energy on top of always reminding me that if there's anything else I need just ask her.
William was super helpful! He took really good care of us. We were able to get a storage unit that was perfect for our needs and they were the best value in Richmond. I would definitely recommend them.
