2 people in line when I walked in. No one at the counter to help us. I stood in line for at least 20 minutes before anyone walked in to help us. By the time someone came in we had 5 people standing in line. I do not know why no one was helping customers. I will say the gentleman was very friendly and helpful. He showed respect to me and the others waiting. I cant give negative comments about the long wait because I have no idea if he was tied out outside, helping the person before us or why. But i will state the items i purchased seemed like a very fair price. And other than the long wait i no issues with the store.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I was told a process would occur called a “ move in move out” due to a reward for a free month of storage gifted to me. When presenting this reward I had to this location I was promised a “move in move out” would happen on my next bill there for the reward would b applied and I wouldn’t have to make my payment. At this time of service an employee claimed she notated my account AND THE GENERAL MANAGER WAS SITTING RIGHT THERE AND VERIFIED EVERYTHING THAT WAS TOLD TO ME! HE EVEN MADE A JOKE WITH ME! THEY LIED! Not only did this not come true but I was hit with a late fee! And the employee NEVER NOTATED MY ACCOUNT! So I was told by another service rep. After speaking with the GM after this HUGE INCONVENIENCE, he claims he would have never even said something like that and does not recall the occasion. THATS FINE, I AM TAKING LEGAL ACTION! THIS IS INCONVENIENT, DISRESPECTFUL, AND UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! VERY VERY VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE. JUST FIRE EVERYONE AND START OVER!

This place is huge! Somewhat daunting however if you know where you're going you're fine . Everything U-Haul related can be found here iIncluding boxes and shipping materials. Pick up or drop off for equipment as well as being able to store your stuff right here. The staff were also very friendly, kind, and courteous as well.
