The Property Manager was very helpful and polite, so I rented.
Have been a customer for 3 months. Payed for unit one month in advance. 14 days after first payment due I received a letter denying me access to my unit for non payment. Moments later I provided proof of the payment to unit by copy of canceled check on July 31. Now company is charging me a late fee for their own error.
They had some packing supplies I needed. They were helpful.
Amazing customer service! Very informative and polite. The property is very clean especially in side the units.
