Overall I have been very impressed with my experience. The place is clean an there are ample dollies to move stuff in and out. We came in with a semi moving truck and was able to offload without any issues. The staff has been very friendly and helpful.nnThe only nitpick I have is the limited use of the moving truck. My shipment was delayed by weather so my unit stood empty for a bit and a half. The rues are that you can only use the moving truck for a specific length of time after you open the account. We were unable to use it so we rented a trailer to make the last move in. Would be nice if they removed the date limit on those trucks.

Shopped around the Short Pump area and found the prices and facility to be the best available. Clean, spacious, staff is helpful and easy to work with. Quick contract process. They even supply the lock. Very impressive. Highly recommended. The nearby Arby's is also good.

I just sold my home and downsized from a four bedroom to a one bedroom. I needed enough space to store a few items, that I couldn’t fit into my apartment. I searched for nearby places and called a few but, Mini storage was the best choice for me.nnThe customer service in the front office was excellent. I was greeted by the employee and explained what items I needed to store and they help me choose the correct size. The units are clean free of trash and debris. All units are inside and they have multiple units to fit your needs. Mini storage also allow you to use one of their trucks free on a one time basis to move your items to their storage. How many other storage units will do this for free, not many and there are always hidden fees at the other places.nnIf you are looking for a storage unit large or small mini storage has what you need and in a clean environment free from rodents or debris. I would recommend them for all your storage needs.

Really easy to work with, they walk you through all the necessary information and make it really straight forward. The facility itself is clean, and not terribly complicated to navigate. Debbie and Ryan (Bryan?) really helped me out!

Moving things into storage was a great experience for us. As we gettin* ready to downsize after 26 years in the same house was so much easier with getting the house staged. Very helpful staff and very nice working with everyone.
